Heart Rate Variability (HRV) - requires special attention as it is emerging as a powerful indicator published in many recent medical studies showing how it's linked to stress, blood pressure, brain and organ function, systemic inflammation, immune resilience, and every overall health metric, including even cancer outcomes.

Sadly however it is one of the most overlooked factors in modern mainstream medicine, despite being so important, easy to measure and control. It is regulated primarily by the "vagus nerve", considered as the body's main sensor, or the pathway sending all sensory information to the brain. Therefore it is one of the main things I treat, as it boosts overall health as mentioned, but more importantly also improves how the body adapts to the various energy healing technologies I employ.

I therefore dedicate a separate section to this, and it's treatment using Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS), as it influences everything and could be considered the single most important thing to treat.
